No. ArivaanAI runs entirely in the browser — there is nothing to download, install or configure to get started. Several tools, including Chat, Assistant, Studio, Flash Cards and FitMind AI, can additionally be installed as progressive web apps or downloaded as Android APKs if you prefer an app icon on your device.

Getting started with ArivaanAI takes three steps: create a free account with an email address (no credit card is requested), open any tool from the Tools page, and start typing or speaking. New accounts receive 500 credits per month on the Free plan, which is enough to try text chat, voice, and both image and video generation before deciding whether to upgrade.

ArivaanAI has three plans. Free costs nothing and includes 500 credits per month. Pro costs $5 per month (₹499 in India) and includes 1,000 credits, advanced chat, coding and vision models, 30 images, 10 videos, 1080p exports and 1 API key. Max costs $10 per month (₹999 in India) and includes 1,700 credits, flagship and reasoning models, 60 images, 20 videos, 4K exports, 5 API keys and priority support.

Credits are the single currency ArivaanAI uses across all of its tools, so one balance covers chat, voice and generation instead of separate quotas. Text is billed by tokens, images per generation, video per clip, and the live voice Assistant by realtime usage. As a guide: a fast chat reply costs about 0.4 credits, a flagship chat reply about 24, one image between 9 and 36 depending on quality tier, a 5-second video between 90 and 300, and a minute of live voice about 120.

Partly, and it depends on the plan. Free-plan credits do not roll over and reset each billing cycle. Pro carries over 10% of unused credits, capped at 500. Max carries over 20%, capped at 2,000. Credits bought as top-up packs are separate — they are added to your wallet permanently and never expire.

When your balance reaches zero, credit-metered features pause until you top up, upgrade your plan, or reach your monthly reset. Nothing is deleted — your account, conversations, generated files and history stay exactly as they were, and access resumes the moment credits are available again.

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, giving you the higher plan's model access and limits straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until that date. Both are handled from Account → Billing, and your data and conversations are preserved either way.

ArivaanAI processes all payments through Razorpay. Customers in India can pay by UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking or wallets and are billed in rupees on an auto-recurring monthly subscription. Customers elsewhere are billed in US dollars using supported international cards. Card details are handled by Razorpay under PCI DSS and are never stored on ArivaanAI servers.

No. Top-up packs only add credits to your wallet — they do not change which models you can reach or raise your monthly image, video and resolution limits. Those are set by your subscription tier. If you need flagship models or 4K exports rather than simply more volume, upgrading the plan is the change that does it.

ArivaanAI runs on models from Alibaba Cloud DashScope and DeepSeek, covering more than 35 model variants. Text and reasoning come from Qwen Flash, Qwen Plus, Qwen Max, QwQ Plus and DeepSeek Chat; coding from Qwen3 Coder Flash; vision from Qwen VL Max; images from Qwen Image Max; video from Wan 2.6; and voice from Qwen Omni Realtime, CosyVoice V3 and Whisper V3 for transcription.

Yes. ArivaanAI Chat lets you change model mid-conversation without losing the thread, so you can start a draft on a fast, cheap model and switch to a flagship or reasoning model for the parts that need it. Which model classes you can reach depends on your plan: Free covers base classes, Pro adds advanced chat, coding and vision, and Max adds flagship and reasoning models.

Yes, on paid plans. The Pro plan includes 1 API key and the Max plan includes 5; the Free plan does not include API access. Rate limits scale with the plan, from 60 requests per minute on Pro to 200 on Max. API keys are stored as bcrypt hashes, which means a key is shown once at creation and cannot be recovered afterwards — only regenerated.

On ArivaanAI, use Qwen Flash for quick everyday questions where speed matters more than depth, Qwen Plus for balanced writing and analysis, Qwen Max or QwQ Plus for complex reasoning and long documents, Qwen3 Coder Flash for code, Qwen VL Max for reading images and screenshots, and Qwen Image Max or Wan 2.6 for visual generation. Each tool preselects a sensible default, so choosing manually is optional.

Yes. ArivaanAI Chat accepts file and image uploads and uses vision models such as Qwen VL Max to read them. Maximum upload size is 10 MB on Free, 50 MB on Pro and 200 MB on Max. Upload volume is also capped: 15 files per month on Free, 15 per day on Pro and 20 per day on Max.

Yes, in two forms. ArivaanAI Chat, Assistant, Studio, Flash Cards and FitMind AI are installable progressive web apps, so they can be added to a phone or tablet home screen from the browser. The same tools are also distributed as downloadable Android APKs from the Tools page. There is no iOS App Store build; on iPhone and iPad, install the progressive web app from Safari instead.

ArivaanAI is a multi-tool platform: chat is one of several tools alongside voice, image and video generation, study aids and planners, and all of them draw on one credit balance rather than separate plans. The trade-off is honest — ArivaanAI does not serve GPT or Gemini models, so if you specifically need those, use them directly. ArivaanAI is the better fit when you want several kinds of AI work under one subscription, at a lower entry price.

It depends on how many kinds of AI work you do. Separate subscriptions for a chat assistant, an image generator and a video generator commonly total $30 to $60 per month. ArivaanAI covers all three plus voice and several task-specific tools for $5 to $10 per month, because the shared credit wallet means you pay for what you actually generate rather than three idle seats. If you only ever use one tool heavily, a dedicated specialist product may still suit you better.

ArivaanAI hashes passwords with bcrypt, issues sessions as httpOnly secure cookies, and stores API keys as bcrypt hashes rather than recoverable text. Credit transactions are written to an append-only ledger, so a balance can be audited and cannot be silently rewritten. Payment card details are handled entirely by Razorpay under PCI DSS and never reach ArivaanAI servers.

Yes. ArivaanAI supports GDPR-style data export and full account deletion with anonymisation from account settings. Deleting an account removes your personal data rather than merely disabling the login. Social media connections have their own deletion route, documented at arivaanai.com/legal/social-data-deletion.

ArivaanAI does not train its own models — it routes requests to third-party providers, Alibaba Cloud DashScope and DeepSeek, and returns their responses. Your content is therefore subject to those providers' terms as well as ArivaanAI's privacy policy. If you handle regulated or confidential material, read both the ArivaanAI privacy policy and the upstream provider terms before uploading it.

ArivaanAI is available worldwide through any modern browser. Billing is localised in two regions: customers in India are charged in rupees through Razorpay subscriptions, and customers elsewhere are charged in US dollars through Razorpay orders. The interface and all tools are identical in both regions.
